Simon Morris
Simon Morris uses a variety of media, crossing disciplines with little respect for rigid conventions. Using computers and new technologies figures heavily in all aspects of his work.
He also works as as one of the managers of Arts Exchange, and is/has been involved in a broad range of projects as an artist for the company.
The most recent project Simon has completed has been the creation of innovative animated musical environments, in collaboration with the composer Tim Seeley. The result, ‘Solipsis’, subverts web technology to allow the user to put together their own unique audio/visual experience. The pair are currently developing further realisations of the project.
